hello, i am reaching out because i do not sell in the canadian marketplace and was unaware that the listings that were uploading to my american marketplace where also loading to my canadian marketplace so I missed the violation. I am now trying to address it the safety product violation for a recall on a clinique product but, upon doing research and speaking to the company i found that there had never been any such recall on this product and that i was still actively being sold on cliniques website in canada and after also searching canada health for recalls and alerts no such alert or recall ever took place

As mentioned you had reached out to Clinique and received confirmation that this was never recalled, did you receive anything from them that this was never recalled, or have you opened any cases on the subject? We in this space have limited visibility so if you can provide the related case, and ASIN we can look further into the situations.
