Your account has been deactivated - So Frustrating!
My account has been deactivated because I was found to be related to another account with the same name.
I received an email with the following solution:
"To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.:
I don't have a relationship with a third-party, so what kind of documentation can I provide???? I don't believe my account has been compromise, therefore, I have no evidence of it.... so frustrating.
I wish I had more detail of my account deactivation, I wish I can just change my name and move forward... I keep explaining I only have one account and I don't know how to prove it.
Help please!

A related account with the same name is most likely a Global Account.
Check here (link). Is there a Marketplace listed there that you didn't realize you'd signed up for? It's likely you need to complete the verification process or address an issue in order to reactivate your US account.
Post your deactivation notice so others can see the wording Amazon used.
Here's a thread you might want to read through, as well as this thread.

Hello @Seller_i7I9yyvtuis7u
My account has been deactivated because I was found to be related to another account with the same name.
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen. I understand that you have been associated to an account of the same name. As mentioned by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, it is likely due to an association to a separate marketplace. If you have another marketplace or account that has been impacted, you will see disruptions to the rest of the accounts due to our multiple accounts policy.
We recommend that you review what marketplaces you are registered in to determine which market has been impacted. Once you have identified the market that has the issues, we would have you provide the performance notification that includes the details surrounding the original concern.
If you have any other details you would like to provide in addition, please refer back to this thread so we may continue to provide guidance on your situation.
Best,
Atlas
