Customer left one star product review which is explicitly not about the product & violates community guidelines
Dear Amazon Community Help Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request the removal of a review on your platform, as it appears to violate several of Amazon's Community Guidelines. Below is the link to the review in question:
Review Text:
"First they sent me a used machine. Replaced it with another machine that doesn’t work at all. Hates the people."
Reasons for Removal:
Seller and Order Feedback
The review primarily focuses on issues related to the product’s condition and the replacement process, which falls under "Seller, Order, and Shipping Feedback" and is not permitted according to Amazon's guidelines. Specifically, guideline #1 states:
"Avoid seller, order, and shipping feedback (customer service, ordering issues, returns, shipping, packaging, product condition/damage, shipping cost/speed)."
Inflammatory Content
The phrase "Hates the people" could be interpreted as inflammatory or harassing, which violates guideline #5:
"Avoid profanity, obscenities, or name-calling.”
Given these clear violations, I respectfully request that the review be removed from the product listing.
