trade mark owner-unclear

Amazon notified me that my product infringes the rights of the trade mark owner, but when I contacted the Amazon account status team, they were unable to provide clear information about the owner of the infringing trade mark (specific trade mark or patent number), and therefore did not have contact details for the owner, which resulted in me not being able to communicate with the owner about the compensation and apology, and so I was unable to find out exactly where my product infringes, and I was unable to get the brand's licensing What should I do? How can I get accurate information to resolve my infringement issue?Would love to hear from you guys, thanks for reading this far!

I do want to get you support as I understand this type of situation can be difficult to navigate. Would you be able to share more regarding the specific messaging that you received? What type of product are you listing? Do they have a specific brand associated? Have you attempted to open any cases into the concern? If so, would you be able to share the corresponding case ID so that I may further review this situation?
