FBM Returns
So I have a question with the fees when a customer returns an item. After the return is made I am getting less refund.
Example:
Product: Sneaker Sold: $88.96 Amazon Fees: - $13.34 Total Purchase: $75.62
Return: -$88.96 Amazon Fees: +$10.67 Total Refund: -$78.29
So I am getting charged more than what I got it sold for, why is Amazon fee giving me less for FBM item??
This is aside from shipping cost and return shipping cost.
