I'm losing stock AND Money?

It seemed like a simple operation. I sent in a dozen sets of my dice game. When my dice game got there, they said they had 10 units and 1 in reserve. I suppose that's no big deal, must have lost one. I was just going to let that slide as long as the rest sold eventually.

Then I get a notice that I sold a game. Cool!

But Amazon is only crediting me $4. The item is $20 and their cut is about $8. I figure it's just some kinda of financial problem that will fix itself, and eventually I'll see the other $8 that's missing. So I let that slide.

Then the item is returned... I think? The unit count didn't go back up. The "Return" was done within a few hours and the customer said, "Sorry, ordered the wrong item". So I don't think it was even shipped out to them.

And today I was just CHARGED a little over $16 for.... something. I have NO IDEA what! It sure as hell couldn't be for the returned dice. I sent them an ENTIRE BOX OF A DOZEN for $10.

Is this the start of Amazon just pilfering just raiding my bank account for fun?

Hi @Seller_uceyuySfot7Bg,

I would recommend utilizing the payments tab and then using the transaction view.

The Transaction View page displays the account transactions within a statement period, up until the prior day's close. A transaction can be an order, a refund, or an Amazon-initiated charge or credit.

You can search for a specific order or use the date and filter options to customize the report for your needs. Click Update after setting your filters. Only transactions from the last 24 months are available to review.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Best,

Dominic
