My case open for 2 month and getting automated message only
Hello everyone, my products are lingerie for women and these are not for sexualy wellness or sex products but Amazon defined like this. As a result i can not create coupons for my products and more. I'm getting just automated, same message from support center for 2 months. My case ID 159925120 . Please some moderators can look at this please ? Thanks
