Not Featured Offer Eligible for FBM with 1000 AHR
This is a big issue... we are feutured offer for all our FBA but... anything that is fulfilled by Merchant we are not eligible. Now, I do not mean because FBA is winning the BB over us. I am refering that we are not eligible no matter what. We have %100 positive feedback with 1000 Account Health Rating. We have sold some MF also when BB was suppressed and we were on the top of the list but we cannot get the BB. Recently we were $5 lower than a new seller with %49 percent rating and they were getting the BB. Something is wrong here. I reached out to SAS a few times but obviusly they won't help me in any way. Now with meltable season coming, we need more than ever to be able to fulfill orders from our warehouse. And this has nothing to do with pricing, I can go as low as I want and I am not eligible. Please advise!!
