Urgent Help Needed with Account Suspension
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out here because I’m in an extremely difficult situation, and I’m hoping someone can offer advice or help. My seller account was suspended due TO ONE ASIN on October 1st, which was when I was hospitalized for the delivery of my baby. I NEVER ship or sell THIS ASIN(AMAZON CAN VERIFY FROM ORDER HISTORY AND SHIPMENT HISTORY) .
I listed This ASIN (sports brand )in my inventory. I do have proof of inventory, and I want to make it clear that I am an authorized distributor with valid invoices, all of which are acceptable to Amazon. Please don’t question the authenticity, as I can guarantee they’re 100% genuine.
I’ve already submitted all necessary documents: bank statements, dispatch proof, and supply chain documents. Despite this, I keep receiving the same generic responses from Amazon’s support team. I’m at my wit's end, and I’m in a dire financial situation. I have a toddler, a newborn, and this issue is adding so much stress to my already overwhelming circumstances.
I’m pleading for some real assistance here. Does anyone have advice on how to escalate this, or has anyone experienced something similar? I really need to get my account back in good standing, as I can’t afford to lose it.
