No shipping options at all offered
So, I sold a tiny toy, 2 ounces. It is supposed to ship to an in-state PO Box. It was ordered 10 hours ago. It is supposed to ship by Wednesday. But there are NO shipping options from buy shipping. Nothing at all. Never seen this happen before. Anyone? I mean, yeah, I can use Pirate Ship, but I get so tired of this kind of garbage. There is absolutely no reason for it to be happening.
Hoping that @JiAlex_Amazon @KJ_Amazon @Dominic_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @SEAmod or another Mod could explain how this happens and why we don't simply have the option cancel a sale like this with no hits to our metrics.
Why does Amazon even allow a sale where they can provide zero options for shipping? It is bad enough when Amazon is pushing its own shipping service to hard that they only offer that when we don't have an account, but this is absurd. The software should simply prohibit the sale if it can't be shipped according to your system and it shouldn't push some shipping option that we have clearly indicated we do not use.

Have you filed a support case requesting additional help/guidance on possible reasons no options are available or next steps you can take? If you share a Case ID I can review the details and request additional information as well.
There are several reasons why this can happen, on both the buyer/address and seller sides.
If you click the "see all options" link you should see more information on why standard shipping options are not available for that order.
