Inactive account: Unable to verify account. All links lead to inactive account error
I have an Account Inactive error due to inactivity. It required me to update my credit card information (even though it was not an issue) I completed this. However, my account info page tells me to reactivate my account. When I click on that I cannot verify. All links in the email to reverify and account info page, lead to an account inactive error. I am stuck in a loop. There is no way to contact support as it leads me to the same 'inactive account error'.

It may not have been an issue for YOU but it could have been for Amazon!
First, be sure it is an actual CREDIT Card. While Amazon claims that a Debit Card will work, that is seldom true!
Put the card number into your BUYER side account first. Wait an hour (sometimes less) for the gerbils to work their way through the system and then put it in the SELLER side.
Amazon is weird on so many levels and this seems to work at least sometimes!

I am helping someone with this very problem. She has 500 units on a boat enroute to Amazon (the account was fine two weeks ago when the shipping plan was made) and needs to get this resolved very, very soon.
There is no way to clear this credit card requirement. following for resolution recommendations.

Similar situation here. Amazon put my account under review and required and video call interview, however the link they have provided to the video call is not working. No response on the Seller Support so far

Did you end up fixing it? Im having the same issue. But Amazon was Abel to charge my card again so not sure what the issue is now.
