KYC UK - No Response and Amazon Support Providing Contradicting Information

My UK and Eu selling privileges are currently suspended as a result of the KYC authorisation process.

I have been uploading documents for the past 2 / 3 months - all to the exact specification that Amazon has requested.

Names, addresses, document types have all been to spec.

Each time the documents are uploaded they are rejected, I have received several calls from Amazon employees to let me know that I need to upload these documents (which I'm well aware of) and whilst on the phone I'll ask for the any details as to why the previously uploaded documents are being rejected, to see if I am doing something wrong - they each time cannot provide any useful knowledge and instead read-off a script directing me to read the the instructions online.

My latest uploaded requested the following:

What documents should I provide?

Please provide a scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person / beneficial owner, X. X. Xxxxxxxx

What are the document requirements?

-- The document must be dated within the last 180 days.

-- The document must show the bank name and the bank logo.

-- The document must be signed or stamped by the bank.

-- The document must include the account holder's name, residential address, and bank account number.

-- The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese. If the original document is not in a supported language, provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.

This was done straight away.

I have still not received an update and I understand that there is a 10 day lead time for this to be processed.

However when discussing with an advisor on both the Chat service and the phone - they then told me that the upload was not showing even though I saved and submitted the new requested file.

They then said that there was a technical error on Amazons side (not my fault) and to upload again (now starting the 10 day lead time again)

On my Business Information page I am seeing the following message:

Please wait while we review your request.

We are reviewing your account to confirm if there are any additional verification requirements. The page will automatically refresh in 30 secs.

This is causing further concern that the submission has failed again.

I have emailed the seller-verification-review@amazon.co.uk team without a response.

I am lost at what to do, could any moderators or community members please help?

This is often an issue with holding companies as Amazon doesnt cope with them very well

Does all your info match exactly? for example your companies house address is Unit A6 and Street, but Amazon says Unit A6 and doesnt mention the street which for Amazon is a mismatch

This is often an issue with holding companies as Amazon doesnt cope with them very well

Does all your info match exactly? for example your companies house address is Unit A6 and Street, but Amazon says Unit A6 and doesnt mention the street which for Amazon is a mismatch
