featured offer not eligible on any of my products
Hello everyone, i am a new seller and really struggling as i have listed 100+ products and in most of my products i have matched the featured offer price and in some cases the price are even lower than featured offer but on all of my products it says "Featured offer eligible = NO". not even a single products i am eligible this sounds strange. its been 2 months now i have hardly made any sales. as i never get any orders. anyone please help. Thank you

Amazon restricts the buy box on new sellers until you build up a little bit of sales history and good metrics. It's basically a waiting game until you get some traction and a decent sales history. It's just something you have to kind of wait out over time and as sales build up.

How are your metrics? Ive been through the same issue and have had my account stuck w no sales for 2 months. Ive been through it twice actually. You just really need to make sure your metrics are good. If they arent the only thing left to do is to wait it out until ur metrics level out again.
