Unable to update of backend 'generic keywords' and 'product description'

Any guidelines on how to update ASIN data which is stuck with OLD Amazon Retail contributions? We have tried bulk/flat file and online interface and a dozen or more cases with seller central. What next?

Product Description - we have A+ content which overwrites front facing product description, but on the backend the system is showing a WRONG 24 year old Amazon retail entry which is negatively impacting product search (or seller central says there is no entry which also negatively impacts search). Any advice on how to resolve this. In last two weeks reopend case about a dozen times. Here are the two recent.

Same issue with 'GENERIC KEYWORD' entry. We need to update the field. Have tried about a dozen times with seller central. Always say it is done, but it is not. The latest case told use to wait 5 days - just enough so we could not re-open the case. Had to open a new one and expect the same cycle to continue with no success. Any advice on how to get that updated.

These case issues have been raised about a dozen times without success. Now the standard response is to wait 5 days so that we are unable to reopen the case.

Can a Moderator please advise how we can escalate the issues. We need our generic keywords and descriptions updated.
