CANT VERIFY Bank account details - Invalid access - dont have permissions to view the page
Hello there,
Ive been trying to verify my bank information for my store under INForm act, all the rest of the documents are approved. When i click the yellow button to verify my bank account details, i get an
"Invalid access- You do not have permissions to view this page"
I have called the tech support to sort this issue, but havent had any solutions, most of the representatives have said an internal review has been opened but i havent had and answers so far. It has been more than a week now.
I have cleared my cookies and tried different browsers but that didnt help either.
I need help regarding this issue.

That means you are not the owner of the "Primary account manager" email, the one who CREATED this seller account. Although you have a "user permission" to access the seller account, only the primary account manager has the right to change the bank details.
