Recently I have discovered that Amazon india officials are making some changes regarding products and policies which they think that are beneficial for all of us. But let me clear your on behalf of my hundreds of fellow sellers that you are making a grave mistake. 2 years ago Amazon was a good e commerce platform for sellers and customers both but now it is becoming more of a graveyard for small sellers who are losing their hard earned money. I was making a sale of around 3-3.5 lacs per month but the sales is decreasing day by day. Now it has decreased to 40-50k per month. I had tried everything. I have uploaded A+ content, lowered the price of the product, Rating and reviews are also good (4.2 rating), Running continuous Ads and wasting money but still the result is not in my favour. One day I am getting 12k sales and for the next 20-30 days, sales drops down to 2k per day with ad spends of 800-1200 Rs. a day. On the other hand, a different seller with high prices, No A+ content and almost same reviews is getting more sales without any extra effort. I don't think that Amazon is being fair with the sellers. It is evident that Amazon is clearely being partial towards the problems and growth of the sellers.

I want to make a suggestion that Amazon should revoke regional discoverability policy becuase it is unjust and unfair for small sellers. It restricts them to sell their products only in their region. of course they get orders from different regions also but the price to pay for a single order is more than the profit earned by the sale. So how can a seller can be benfitted from it. As for the argument that it provides faster delivery of the product to the customer, it is foolish as you are using regional discoverabilty for faster delivery, on the other hand your easy ship and seller flex sites restricting sellers to ship products early to the customers. I am getting shipping dates 2-3 days after the order is placed both in easy ship and seller flex and even if the products are ready for handover, the pickup personnels never picks them up stating that the product will be shipped on the specified date only. They are not allowed to pick the products before the specified date. if it is the matter, then what is the point of putting up a charade of faster delivery to the customers and fooling the sellers with unnecessary Regional discoverabilty. I have talked to the seller support before and they told me that the pickup hub don't have the capacity therefore they can't pickup the products before the date. But the seller support is also fooling the sellers because when I talked to pickup hub manager, they told us that earliar they were used to pick around 4-5 thousand orders per day which is decreased to 1200-1500 a day. So it is clear that seller support is lying. Ultimately, Amazon officials are digging Amazon's grave in india by bringing unfair policies only suitable for big sellers. When Amazon was getting 4-5 thousand orders from one city a day, now it is getting only 1200-1500 per day still they are not getting it into consideration that Regional discoverabilty is actually is poison for Amazon. Why the officials have shut their eyes on such a grave matter. I have talked to hundreds of seller and all are facing same problem of decreasing sales. Only Amazon officials are not seeing this.

Its the time that Amazon should see this and revoke new useless policies else the sellers will decrease and the sales too.

Hope my grave concerns would be taken into consideration and one more request, Please fire your useless seller support executives. They are actually bad then AI bots who provide copy paste replies without actual knowledge. They are actually termites who are eating Amazon from inside out.
