Hi everyone,

We’re planning to close our Amazon seller account due to financial difficulties and want to remove our remaining inventory from Amazon FBA. However, Amazon is refusing to release the inventory unless we provide an invoice from an "authentic distributor."

The products are genuine, and we already provided the invoices which amazon is not accepting. We just want to recover our stock to minimize losses, but Amazon is holding it back.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any workaround or escalation process to retrieve inventory without providing invoices?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
