Adding a market place. Turkey

Hi. I have opened an account in united states Amazon and Canada and Mexico. I did not use it but now as I am in Turkey I aim to start selling from my own company directly in Turkey. But I can not find where can I add market place. I enter from Amazon Turkey yet again I ma redirected to my current account in Amazon which is for north America, Please help me what should I do?
