Uploaded book records not appearing in inventory
New bookseller here.
I am uploading my inventory to Amazon using Biblio's Pro Routing function. Biblio is sending about 1100 records, but only about 800 are appearing on my "Manage Inventory" page.
I'm not talking about inactive offers (gated or price-errors), I mean that when I choose "All" as listing status, it's only listing about 800.
My records are very detailed, and are not missing any required data. I notice that both isbn and non-isbn books are among the missing.
Can anyone give me a hint as to what is the problem here?
Thanks.

Hi @Seller_In1OZHF5lABCL,
While I'm not familiar with Biblio specifically, I found several potential explanations in Amazon's help documentation for why not all your book records are appearing:
1. Product ID Requirements (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200786200):
- All books must have an ISBN, EAN, or JAN to be listed, unless you have a specific exemption
- Even if you previously listed books without these identifiers, you'll need them to relist
2. Required Fields (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200385470):
If you don't have product IDs, all these fields must be populated:
- Author
- Title
- Publisher
- Publication date (in YYYY-MM-DD format)
- Binding
- Price
3. Catalog Matching Process (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201576410):
Amazon tries to match your listings in this order:
- Product identifier (ISBN, UPC, EAN, ASIN)
- Manufacturer/bibliographic information
- Creates new listings if no match found
I'd recommend:
- Check your upload processing report for any error messages
- Verify all required fields are properly formatted
- Wait 24 hours for catalog information to fully update
If the issue persists, you might want to try uploading a smaller batch to identify which records are causing problems.
Best regards, Michael
