I have been selling the boomerang ufo globe drone which i am sure some of you have seen it in amazon. Hopefully someone of you is selling it and can help. How is it poss Someone reported for patent design violation and some many others are selling the same product.

I am sure the claimant is not the real designer of this product and just has registered the design (not the patent) of it in UK so it can make those claims to other sellers.

Now mine is not sellable and i have the inventory left there without a solution so far even though i tried to dispute and provide the invoice requested from the supplier but which still was not accepted without any reason.

Can someone please help how do you guys manage to sell something which you do not own the patent of and do not get violation claims ?
