Brand approval application Rejected stating images cannot be computer generated but images submitted as part of my application were taken by my phone

I have submitted Brand Approval application (Case ID 16530123041) and followed each step as stated in the Amazon Guidelines but unfortunately the application got rejected due to the following reason:

"The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon. We ask that you submit at least one image of your product or product packaging as part of the application. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them. You can use your phone’s camera to capture clear pictures of your product or its packaging. Note that Amazon does not consider a mock-up or digitally altered image of the product or product packaging (e.g., the brand name or logo photo-shopped on the product or packaging) as valid proof of intellectual property ownership."

I have submitted four pictures of my product using my phone camera, clearly showing brand name permanently affixed, two of the four pictures submitted have me holding the product in my hand while clearly showing the full product.

I understand that I would need to reapply for the brand approval but I am seeking assistance to understand what I should do different when uploading pictures of the product?

Greetings - I would really appreciate your guidance on the issue in hand which is to do with my brand application rejection because of computer generated images but all four images provided as part of my application were taken from my phone camera with different angles, two of the four pictures have me holding the product. All four pictures clearly show the product with the logo permanently affixed. Thank you in advance for your support. Case# 16530123041

Thank you for the details in your case. After reviewing the photos I believe that this is taken with your phone and I also see the brand name.
