Vorys lawysuit threat

Is anyone here in the same situation with the Vorys threats? I received their cease-and-desist letter a few months ago and ignored it because it seemed like a scam and didn't make any sense. However, I just received another email demanding that I keep records and stating that a lawsuit is imminent. Has anyone ever actually been sued? I just wanted to know how to stop or fight back against these hassles.

I'm not too concerned about the lawsuit since all my products are sourced from an authorized Dymo distributor. As a matter of fact, my product was listed at a very low price because I wanted to clear out some inventory. Dymo emailed me, reminding me of the violation of the Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy ("MAP Policy") and warned me that they would not supply me with more products if I don't comply with MAP. They have NEVER questioned my listings or asked me not to sell on Amazon, since they know my products are from authorized distributors and, in fact, many of my orders were shipped directly from Dymo, not the distributors' warehouses
