Full Balance in Account Level Reserve - No Disbursements

Hello,

I am reaching out to Amazon Forum because my payments/settlement have not been processed for several weeks now and all the funds are being transferred to "Account reserve" .

My account is in good standing without any A-to-Z claims, all orders are fulfilled by Amazon but for some reason all my sales are just going to Account Level Reserve and the balance remains at zero for every settlement period.

On August 1/24, an email was sent to me from Seller Performance Team letting me know that my funds will be disbursed on my next settlement period which was scheduled for August 13 but it did not happen. "We have completed the review of your account, and all of your funds will be disbursed on the next settlement date. This decision was reached in accordance with our "Funds Withholding Policy":"

I have reached to Amazon about this several times and every time a case is opened, it gets transferred and never resolved. Case ID 15841881021, 15869351261, 15896071871, 15932109821, 15945887651.

My deposit method was never changed so I can't imagine this being a problem.

I will continue to sell on Amazon and hope this issue gets resolved
