this has been happening for quite a while now wherein I've been getting orders but upon delivery the buyer always claims the box arrived empty and as to which amazon initiates a refund and charges me for it. I have never received back my product and i have even spoke to the pickup guy wherein i have assured him and shown him the correct product has been packed and dispatched. In return of all of this I've never received any convincing reply from amazon and have decided to stop selling here since it is incurring me losses rather than profits. Is anyone else also experiencing the same issue ?
