Video verification call keeps throwing an error

Hello, I've had an email asking me to join a video call so my outstanding funds can be released (my account is currently deactivataed) I've tried to join the call numerous times from several devices and several browser but I constantly get the attached error message. Can someone please look at this for me and I urgently need those funds to be released.
