Amazon Marketplace Transaction Protection Claims - What is covered?

Order number: 205-7992238-3861950

We use Amazon's purchase and delivery service, online logistics, and the entire logistics process can be checked online. The delivery date is June 18th, within the specified delivery date range, and complies with the Amazon Marketplace transaction protection claim rules.

Transported by carrier from four directions within China, tracking code: 4PX3060056042537CN,

After arriving in the UK, it will be transported by EVRI.

EVRI tracking number: H01LFA0185020089.

The final display shows that the delivery was successful on June 22, 2024.

And it is accompanied by the recipient's address location during delivery, as well as a photo of successful delivery (which is clearly displayed on EVRI website).

This order has been successfully delivered, and according to the Amazon Marketplace transaction protection rules, the seller is not responsible.

But Amazon gave the payment to the buyer the most.

There is no reason yet. Can you give me a reason here. Looking forward to everyone's reply.

How did everyone handle such a problem. It was unreasonably refunded. Is there still a chance for appeal?

the a-z team as a minimum expect a signature.

Without it, you will not, in most cases win an a-z claim.

The way Amazon works is that your account is protected which in theory means that you won’t get a defect but you are still liable for the refund.

Normally, the protection is only for any defects that would be raised against your seller account for claims. You are still liable for refunding.

I am not saying that it was correct to refund but the protection means you don’t get a defect.

You should appeal to Amazon regarding why they refunded the customer when you have proof of delivery. Be aware that it’s usually a difficult battle to win as the customer is always right in Amazon’s eyes, even if they are lying.
