Amazon Lost $5,000 of My Inventory – 2 Months with No Reimbursement
Amazon has had $5,000 worth of my inventory missing since January 7, and despite multiple cases and follow-ups, I still have no resolution and no reimbursement.
This is not an investigation issue—it has now been two months, far beyond Amazon’s usual reimbursement time of two weeks. I’ve never had a case take this long.
We are now weeks away from the March 31 policy change, where reimbursement will be at cost instead of retail. This issue started in early January, so it must be resolved under the current policy.
