I am experiencing ongoing issues with my FBA shipment (ID: FBA18H4KGPVH) that was marked as "damaged." My products, including ASINs B08MC9RMLK and B00SF4YYQE, were shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging, making it unlikely they were damaged in transit.
I have requested inspection and proof of damage, but I haven’t received a satisfactory response. If my products are undamaged, I’d like them returned to my inventory. Please help clarify or direct me to someone who can address this issue accurately.
