Lying Buyer Reviews how can i get help?
My products are all plastic and a buyer gave negative reviews stating that my products rusted through in a month and are garbage..... they are plastic they cant rust.... obviously BS reviews how can i get help?
Why are buyers allowed to lie, even when it can be proven that they are lying?
When i report the review there is no option to say why it's fake, no option to respond and say hey, my products are plastic, it is impossible for them to rust.
What can I do?

This is the 3rd post about review and I have only gone down maybe 2 dozen posts. It wont be removed. let it go.
