NEW BANK ACCOUNT VALIDATION FAILED DEPOSIT METHOD

hey i having problem with this i talked to a lot of agent and they send me the same information

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

1. In Seller Central, go to "Settings" and select "Account info".

2. Under "Payment information", click "Bank account information".

3. Click "Retry" corresponding to the concerned bank account on the "Deposit method" page. This will take you to a page that displays the reasons for failure.

4. To re-trigger the verification, address the issues and re-upload the bank account statement or certificate.

5. Go through the document criteria below before submitting it for verification.

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

First it doesn't tell me why the verification failed neither the button retry the only thing when i put the information and press SET DEPOSIT METHOD it pops The New Bank Account validation failed the nothing can i do.

I was talking to an agent he said delete the old deposit method and wait 24 hours then add the new man and did that and still with the same problem.

All of the information its correct the account holder name, routing and account number all was verified with the bank thinking was my information that was wrong but everything its correct.

i wanted to put the old deposit method Because now i have A big risk of deactivation and the same error appear New Bank Account validation failed please help if can thank you
