Amazon system glitch? - Buyer got refund twice on 1 order
It is quite puzzling that Amazon issued a full refund to the buyer through an A-to-Z Guarantee claim, and then, one month later, a chargeback on the same order was granted, resulting in a second debit from our account on the same order.
This means the buyer effectively received two refunds, while we were charged twice for a single order.
Another order was cancelled at the buyer’s request, and we promptly issued a full refund. However, a month later, the buyer initiated a chargeback on the same transaction, and now we are being asked to provide a representation.
This is unreasonable and completely unwarranted, as the buyer has already been fully refunded.

In addition, the Respond to a Chargeback help page also provides great detail on how to handle chargeback claims.
