After reviewing my account deactivation, I can confirm that there are no issues with the products I listed or my suppliers. All of my products come from verified legitimate suppliers that meet Amazon standards. Product quality has always been high, with no complaints or returns related to product authenticity or quality. And it has always been in a situation where the uploaded products have not started selling.
Specifically, I did not receive any email notification or invitation to complete the video verification before my account was deactivated. I checked my Amazon Seller Central dashboard and my email inbox, but there was no communication regarding the video verification requirement.
Supporting Documents To prove the authenticity of my account information:
I also attached the following documents to support my appeal:
1. Scanned copy of business license
2. Legal person ID card photo - front
3. Legal person ID card photo - back
4. Company credit card statement issued within the past 90 days
5. Electricity bill issued within the past 90 days
6. Real estate certificate (1)
7. Real estate certificate (2)
8. Real estate certificate (3)
But all were replied We did not get enough information to delete the violation
