DO you have examples for fair use of a trademarked name as a descriptive?

I have researched my own situation thoroughly and seem to be in compliance of policy but my numerous appeals to reinstate my account have not worked. Any examples you can give could help my appeals process. Its seems account health gives me conflicting instructions when i reach out to them.
