75 items shipped to amazon was lost and so far they refuse to reimburse.

Case ID: 17699771201

We shipped 75 units in march, tracking number shows delivered. Customer Rep denying reimbursement.

The last Rep says that even if the item are lost amazon will not reimburse.

can you guys help us?
