Pick Up Issue

Very worst service given by amazon easy ship. I'm complaining for the past 3 months regarding pickup issue amazon not solved yet. whatever order we receive pick up person just mention " picked up" but he never picks the package due to their behavior we facing customer cancellation so many times reported to amazon. no action taken so far by amazon customer service. we also reported shipping service behavior as well.

The same thing happening with me. No pickup was done at the scheduled time and Amazon just keeps canceling and making cancelation penalties. As a new seller because of this, our buy box was removed by Amazon. NO EASY SHIP PICKUP FORM worked. Customer care keeps repeating the same words to fill up the FORM.

Best solution for this is you should go visit the amazon pickup warehouse ones from where your daily shipments are collected and stored, go there and talk to the warehouse manager and tell him what issue you are facing, the manager will ensure you don't face same issue again also do take the contact details of the manager so in future if you face any pickup related issue you can call him directly. Warehouse address/location you can take from the pickup agent who come daily for pickup.
