Shipment Delivered but NOT RECEIVED for nearly 2 Months

My shipment was delivered on May 7. Amazon has been pushing back investigation date from Jun 8 to Jun 21, then to Jun 29 and now to Jul 5!!

Can you just do your job rather than keep pushing back deadlines?

Good morning @Seller_uZUYLgLNWeNzK,

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums, and I can understand the frustration this has caused. The investigation dates for FBA shipments are typically pushed in order to allow the FC enough time to handle the total volume they're receiving at their site.

My recommendation is to continue to monitor the shipment's progress daily, and prepare any documents you may need should an investigation become necessary. If you do end up opening a case for this shipment, reply to me here with the case number and I'll be sure to review!
