Charged Inventory Fees for Inventory Not Fulfillable (cant sell nor dispose)
We have some inventory charged Long-term Storage fees, but in Manage Inventory page they can't be found, only in FBA Inventory page (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/inventoryplanning/manageinventoryhealth?sort_column=est_ais&sort_direction=desc&ref=fba_dashboard_inventory_age).
We see our units, and charged fees, but when we tried to Dispose or Create Removal Order, the inventory can't be found, and unable to remove. So we can't sell (not in Manage Inventory), can't dispose (not fulfillable), and still getting charged.
The seller support (ID: 9628728512) is basically useless so far.
Can any one help please?

I am having exactly the same problem. Since January I have been trying to either remove or dispose inventory which cannot be found except in the charges query. I have tried everything suggested from Amazon Seller Support team without any success. The supposed stock is in four Europeans counties, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Although I have never sent any items to these countries as I sell only in the UK, I understand, as my stock was at UK fulfillment centers, Amazon may have shipped stock.
Seller support repeats the same supposed fix over and over again, although I have told them it doesn't help so I can only conclude that they are not reading what has been discussed with previous seller support staff. Instead of help you get more headache and frustration.
After three months of trying to ask for help to dispose of this "virtual inventory", there is no help. I really don't know what to do next, how to dispose these units and stop the charges.
Looks like I am going to be paying "Long Term Storage Charges" for ever and ever. Doesn't seem fair to me.
Any suggestion please?
