Hello sellers!
While browsing through our community, I couldn't help but notice the adorable pet profile pictures some of you have. It made me realize how these faithful companions help us get through our busy days. I've spotted some wonderful fur-friends in our community:
These four-legged friends are often our silent support system - greeting us after long hours of work, waiting patiently and offering unconditional support during challenging days.
🌟 Would you like to share your pet stories?
Let's take a moment to appreciate these wonderful companions who make our seller journey a bit brighter! 🐾

Can we not talk about the recent VTR policy changes instead ?
or the emails that Amazon keep sending to buyers telling them to get a refund from us - even though their items have been delivered
If I ever get the urge to write a ticket to seller support - I decide to ask my fish instead. The answer is just as useful I tend to find.
Thank you for the effort, Ezra, and while your intentions may be good, I must say this misses the mark. I enjoy humour as much as the next person, but if I wanted comedy, I’d head to the Amazon TV comedy section.
This forum isn’t the place for anecdotes about someone’s pet rabbit, Mr. Topsy. Sellers come here seeking answers to real challenges—whether it's navigating difficult customers, understanding VTR (Valid Tracking Rate) compliance, or dealing with Brexit-related issues. These are the pressing concerns we need support with, not light-hearted stories or distractions.
I imagine most sellers here feel similarly. Reading posts like this from moderators feels unhelpful, especially when sales and serious issues are at stake. Could this kind of content be posted elsewhere, leaving this space for meaningful discussions that directly assist sellers? Thank you for understanding.
Goodness me. If you think this is either appropriate or helpful then in my view you have missed the mark by 100%
There have been and still are sellers on this forum that are in danger of going under due to account level reserve issues.
There have been and still are sellers on this forum that have not been able to disburse funds due to verification issue that Amazon has created.
We have a seller support function that is not fit for purpose. We have forum discussions titled "Why Do Amazon Moderators Take Weeks to Address Crucial Policy Questions?" but you want to
"Talk About Our Furry Support Team"
This post says to me you either have no understanding or no concern for the REAL issues that go totally unsupported by the Seller Support team and that effect sellers every day.
I think the modern phrase is " Read the room"
post. Sorry @Ezra_Amazon this is not going well for you then😢🤔
Steady on there IQI_shop!!!
dont you want to know about my Rabbit , he is called Trevor, and I have 2 guinea pigs, Henry and George.
Lol, Amazon is just one big wind up merchant at this point!
Guess this is what happens when you have swatches of seller's with stockholm syndrome, who are not willing to create other seller avenues but instead willing to give 40/50% of their turnover to a company who abuses them and then make fun of it
Apologies, but this seems disrespectful.
We are facing several huge challenges with selling on Amazon when the catalogue is a complete mess where products have wrong names, wrong brand names, wrong information, products get hijacked and flagged for violations left right and center without any real reason, seller support is completely useless without any desire to undertand the issues or solve them. The fees are extortionate. The experience selling on Amazon has become extremely unpleasant. Imagine if we treated our customers and run our businesses like Amazon does - we'd be out of business in no time.
I love pets and have some, but this is not the place or time for this.
@Ezra_Amazon
Unfortunately, Amazon try their best to make Sellers lives as miserable as possible.
They add extra burdens on a regular basis. Make Sellers know their Account could be closed at any moment, etc.
Pets help Sellers, but really if MODS just resolved the many problems instead that Amazon cause, that would be far better.
SS are useless, so, we do appreciate MODs when then assist.
As a MOD, I'd suggest for you to just stick to Amazon issues, please resolve as many as possible.
I have added a couple of threads, and no MOD response for example.
