Returned package sent to Kentucky
Good morning,
I used UPS Ground Saver to ship a package from our warehouse in NJ to a customer in Manhattan, NY.
They tried to deliver it 3 times and because the customer wasn't home, they decided to return the package to the sender. Then, the customer messaged us, and we refunded him, since the package was being sent back to us.
For some reason, the package was sent to Hebron, KY. I'm assuming there's an Amazon warehouse there.
I was looking at the forums and they suggested that I file a SAFE-T claim, but this order # 114-8088544-6169847 is not eligible.
I also created a support case # 16768731781 and they told me to file a SAFE-T claim which I can't, and to call UPS to get my package back. I called UPS but they said that they would call me back, which they didn't.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello @Seller_Xn4oeaArxemFt - and thank you for looking to the seller forums for some guidance on this situation.
I would recommend re-engaging with UPS as a claim may need to be filed with them, though I've also submitted an escalation from my end to request some assistance. While it may take a couple business days, I'll be sure to tag you in this thread with any additional information I receive!
Best,
Danny
