My Item shows it been delivered to buyers address but amazon is still showing shipped status

I've sent an item via evri tracking
Evri have emailed and said the items been delivered to the
address Provided by the customer however amazon hasn't updated it status and I technically don't have the money in account.
Is there a step I'm missing here? Was confirmed delivered 2 days ago but no update on amazon account still just saying shipped

The shipping info doesnt update on any standard FBM order

The money will have been transferred to your account as soon as you confirm shipment - did you do that ? Did you use Amazon Buy Shipping to purchase the Evri label , as if you did they will have confirmed shipment automatically when you purchased the label. Amazon don't display when delivered, only when shipped.

Not if they're a newer seller on the DD+7 I dont think
