Wrong fba storage fee over 14,000 cad!
Our account was inexplicably confiscated with a storage fee worth 15000 CAD, and no details or reports can be seen in the backend.
Contacted sales support for a month but no one resolved the issue.
Does anyone know Bezos' contact information? I really need to file a complaint against them.
