Customer says she never received package, Used Amazon shipping and Signature Delivery
I need help with this. The customer stated she never received the product and she opened a case, I got my money back. Then it was reversed for some reason and the customer got her money back. I sent this package which is over $300, signature delivery. The customer signed for it. I'm still waiting for Amazon to get back with me and it has been two weeks. Any help or answers would be appreciated.

On the carrier's website, does the package show "received by carrier" by the "ship by" date? Did the buyer contact you before making the claim? Did you use Amazon shipping?
