Rebranding Branded products

This company AMK is rebranding branded products as its own, is this allowed?

I don't think the company is AMK, rather AMK is an invented brand to circumvent brand gating. It appears the seller is ungated for some of the brands they sell but not all so have created AMK to be able to sell the brands they are still gated for.

You can report that as brand abuse but don't expect immediate action from Amazon. Your name suggests you may have a relationship with the brands involved, if so a word in their ear and action from them may well have a much quicker impact.

Don't be tempted to list on those ASIN's as you'll be risking your own account if/when it comes to Amazon taking action.

It's actually very common on Amazon, I think some are taken down (the one who rebranded Hellman's Mayo and sold it at an exorbitant price seems to have gone, for instance) but I encounter this kind of thing all the time. It's particularly annoying when they use the real EAN.

This does not seem ethical and I am sure the actual company would object, I know I would

If it doesn't concern you, I wouldn't worry too much

If it is your brand of course than you can legally sue for infringement and walk away with extra dollar in your pocket, as well as taking a case to Amazon and issuing a DMCA take down notice etc
