A customer left a negative review on my product, but it is not related to the product itself—it is based on a personal matter. I contacted Amazon support via call, and they advised me to reach out to you.
Can someone guide me on what I should write in the email to increase the chances of getting the review removed? If there is a proper format or example, please share.

I assume you are referring to the Review on the product page. It is there to stay, and writing emails will not have any effect. Reviews come at an average rate of 1 per 150 sales, so after a thousand mare sales will move down the page.
