Hello, yesterday I received a performance notification stating that I needed to pay my VAT debt. However, my account is deactivated and the notification sent stated that the funds would be released after the payment was made. When I spoke with the live support team, they said yes, your funds would be released after the payment is made. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.
