I am a seller in Brazil and my account was suspended by amazon accusing me of duplicity!

I discovered through other sellers that the problem was with other seller account in Europe(even though i never sold one single item outside Amazon Brazil). The support in Brazil told other seller to search for the account with problems and reactive this account in the other Amazon country.

I tried here and they asked me for business license and utility bill! I sent both with all my informations correct. After that they said now i need proves that i didn't violated section 3 of amazon europe and proves that shows my account complies with section 3!

I sent my account health and inventory screenshot because that's the only prove i have and they rejected!!!

I never sold in Europe and now i can't even close my Europe Accounts(which i never asked to open in first place) because you cannot close a deactivated account in Amazon.

I need help!
