How to send a message to a customer that has opted out of receiving unsolicitored messages from the seller?
I have tried to send a message and have followed Amazons instructions to include the word Important but it is still not allowing message to be sent. Any help would be much appreciated.

These instructions? Are you using an email client?
It used to be easier to find the customers amazon email though to be fair. We get it pulled into our integrator, but no idea where you find it in amazon these days

You have to put important into these type of brackets
[IMPORTANT]

On the message click "See all communication with this buyer"
You'll notice the search box now has data in there, that's the buyer's email, copy it.
Paste it into a new email message, and then in the subject include [IMPORTANT].
That should send it.
