"The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found" When trying to Send FBA
I have been trying to add a product for over a week now. I am approved for it, and when i build the listing i get 0 errors. When I try and send it FBA i get this "The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found." error, and when i try to build it FBM it shows no errors but never shows up in my inventory. It has been sent to the "internal team" for over a week now, and they are not helping me in any kind of way, or provide solutions. It is obviously a glitch on their end but no one wants to recognize this. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and been able to resolve it????

Does the SKU show up in your inventory? Is it set up as FBA? Can you just create a new FBA SKU for this ASIN? What about adding the ASIN or the FNSKU when you're building your shipment?
