The buyer filed an A-to-Z claim for an order placed three months ago.

Dear Amazon Team.

Hello, In response to the A-to-Z claim for order: 114-2909931-6065000, I make the following complaint content.

The delivery date of the order is: 2024/07/31

Tracking number: 92626903590992910056134293

Carrier: USPS

Buyer's Claim Date: 2024/10/22

On 2024/9/5 the buyer sent me a message “See above”, I didn't understand what the buyer meant at that time, so I asked him, but he didn't reply in time.

On 2024/10/22 the buyer sent another message “Refund request”, the buyer requested a refund and Amazon immediately approved the request without reviewing it.

I am very confused about this and how Amazon can abuse their authority and give refunds to buyers at will.

This order was placed more than three months ago and the buyer requested a refund on the grounds that the package was not received. I doubt the authenticity of the buyer's words, he never told me that he did not receive the package, if he had told me in time I could have immediately sent a new one or refunded.

So I would like Amazon team to review this case, I will accept refund only but not to credit ODR to my account.

Amazon doesn't care what you believe

Amazon doesn't care if the bueyr lies or not

Amazon didn't lose any money here, so you are on the hook.

Print your postage on Amazon and ship on time for some protection.

Hey there @JacksonMichael - thanks for highlighting this order experience for us in the forums. The other commenter here is right in that Amazon Buy Shipping does help provide some protections against item not received claims, as does obtaining a signature upon delivery. As I view these claim details I do not see that Buy Shipping was used, or that a signature was captured. I will note that USPS tracking functionality is currently down, so I am unable to view tracking or proof of delivery.

When you appealed this claim decision, did you include proof of delivery as an attachment? This page details the method for attaching documents for investigator review during a claim submission!

Thanks for letting me know,

Danny
