Pending removal order since March 2021

Hello,

We are really struggelling to get back our FBA inventory,

Removal request has been created in March 2021, since now it’s pending.

Amazon doesn’t help eighter with automated replies when we are investigating missing stock,

How to deal with this best way?

We have opened case multiple times, each time we are getting reply to wait once this will be available to ship,

Last reply from 5th of June:

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand your concern regarding pending removal order IDs 2103081C6R and 2105101BAO.

Please note that, due to Covid19 related activities, removals will be processed when the FC has the capability to do so. This might be longer than the standard 30 Business Day Extended SLA. Please do not cancel the removal as that will not make the units immediately available for sale or removal. This supersedes normal and extended SLA."

I don’t think this is something we should just accept after keep chasing missing stock since March?
